There Is A Natural Cure For Heartburn
And Acid Reflux

As you may already know, heartburn, acid reflux and gastric reflux are caused by too much acid. This can lead to pain and other symptoms that accompany a meal. And it affects the rest of the body as colds, flu, sinus infections, arthritis and any many other illnesses that do well in an acidic environment.

Having an acid/alkaline balance is very important because the body is designed to function at a certain acid/alkaline balance, or pH level. In fact the blood has very narrow limits it can operate in. To meet this "safe" level most nutrients and toxins must form neutral compounds with other elements before the bloodstream can transport them. Living on a high acid diet has a big impact on the body's health as it strives to maintain this balance.

If yours is the average diet, it far exceeds what is considered a healthy intake of acid. The short-term cost, as you know, is heartburn or acid reflux. The symptoms of long-term imbalance don't usually become apparent until mid-life, or perhaps later. Ulcers, osteoporosis, heart disease and diabetes are examples of what can go wrong.

Seen in this light, the need for a heartburn cure becomes a much more important issue, especially in these times of rising medical costs.

If you want to overcome this problem it will take more than an antacid or natural remedy, more than a glass of milk or a an occasional tossed salad. But a heartburn cure can, in fact, be used to correct acid indigestion, and to do far more.

This is doable because acidosis creates the environment favorable to all these issues. If you are tired of acid reflux and are concerned about your future, you should look to a permanent solution - a heartburn cure.

Hopefully you are ready to give your heartburn some priority. If you have some health problems or even if you are still healthy, now is the time to start doing healthy things, while there is time. It is much better to rely on your own healthiness than face those doctor bills later on.

From a heartburn point of view there are three things that you need to know about food: Acidic, Alkaline and Convertible. The first two groups, you know before you eat them how the body will react. This third group can be processed either way, depending on the way a person’s body reacts. This leads to menu choices that may work for some people but not for you.

There are tests for acidosis and for convertable acids. This and other important information, like the best way to expel acids from your body can be found in my lesson plan, which I suggest you consider if you are serious about a heartburn /acid reflux cure.

Dietary strategy plays a big role in overcoming acid reflux, because not only do acids damage the lining of the stomach and esophagus but have an effect throughout the body. Use your daily diet to regulate reflux causing acid.
