You can’t regain in a few days or weeks what you have lost in years of sedentary living. Only in the movies does it happen!  But  the reality is that you can get it back if your persevere. And the prize is worth the price.

The more you know about the effects of exercise the more you will be motivated to maintain a personal physical fitness program. Take advantage of everything that will help you stay motivated. Enlist a friend to buddy with you on this adventure. Reward yourself for short term and long term accomplishments. Set goals and keep a diary - anything to be successful. The pay off is real.

Extreme breathlessness after mild exertion.
Arthritis or other bone problems.
Severe muscular, ligament or tendon problems.

Vigorous exercise involves minimal health risks for persons in good health or those following a doctor’s advice.
